We are looking for someone who will work closely with multiple functions, providing oversight to the product and technology function: continued innovation and assurance that the process for development, infrastructure, and project management is in place to facilitate the organization’s growth. We are looking for someone who is interested in the ridehailing, commerce, and delivery space, and is interested in wearing multiple hats to do whatever needs to be done to drive an outcome.

About the Role:

• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring clear alignment on vision, priorities, and successful execution
• Identify opportunities in existing and new verticals and internal tools, and use research and data to evaluate impact, outcomes, and learnings
• Conduct user research and leverage feedback and internal data to inform and shape broad UI / UX changes, with a solid understanding of product design principles and Figma
• Ensure documentation for new product developments, liaising with Operations, Tech, Marketing, Customer Servicing, BI, and UI/UX teams
• Monitor user behavior on both the Bykea customer and partner apps and identify optimizations, both in terms of performance and drop-offs in user journey funnels

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working with consumer-focused digital products
• Degree in business, design, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
• Responsible for the launch and subsequent refinement of an app or technical product in the past
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Technically savvy, or willing to learn enough to do basic SQL lookups, create simple engineering tickets, and properly leverage product event tracking solutions
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• A data-driven and analytical mindset is a strong plus, with experience using metrics, funnels, and user data
