Job Summary
PostEx is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical educational background and hands-on experience working in product-based companies or startups, preferably within the FinTech ecosystem.
The role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement gathering to execution and go-to-market alignment. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and define business and product requirements
- Conduct product discovery and identify user pain points and business opportunities
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and SRS documents
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams for feature execution
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate product releases and support go-to-market execution
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and business impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
- 3–4 years of Product Management experience in product-based companies or startups
- Preferably experience within FinTech, Logistics Tech, or high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and execution-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
- Understanding of APIs, system workflows, and scalable product architectures
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms
- Exposure to GTM planning and product analytics is a plus
