Job Title: Production Supervisor – Compression Molding

Location: F-69/A, SITE Karachi

Department: Plastic Production

Reports to: Manager Production

Job Overview:

Supervise and ensure smooth, efficient production in the compression molding section while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production as per shift plan.
• Monitor machine parameters and reduce product defects.
• Track production reports: material usage, efficiency, rejection ratio.
• Ensure QMS, customer, and social compliance.
• Manage shift labor, resource allocation, material handling, and waste.
• Maintain production documents and enforce health and safety practices.
• Minimize machine downtime and production waste.

Requirements:

• Age: 30–40
• Knowledge of compression molding machinery
• Strong technical competency
• Qualification: Intermediate or DAE (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2–5 years in plastics industry (compression molding)
• Skills: Awareness of plastic materials, ability to follow instructions

Salary & Benefits:

PKR 50,000 – 60,000 plus medical, bonus, and other benefits
