Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our textile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the floor
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams
• Manage and guide production staff
• Maintain reports on production performance
• Ensure workplace safety and discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in textile manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of production processes
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of weaving and finishing processes
• Familiarity with quality control standards
