The Catalyst Group is hiring a Program Manager – School Partnerships & Operations for its client, a leading college counselling firm in Pakistan, helping students unlock global education opportunities.

Location: Pakistan (On-site/Hybrid depending on role)

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, execution-first role focused on building and scaling the company's school counselling programs. You will drive delivery, ensure quality, and build systems that allow operations to scale seamlessly across multiple partner schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program delivery across partner schools, ensuring consistent execution and quality
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and day-to-day operations across multiple schools
  • Act as the primary point of contact for school leadership, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Oversee counsellor allocation, performance, and accountability
  • Ensure timely completion of sessions, reports, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage MIS systems, dashboards, and reporting accuracy
  • Develop SOPs and scalable workflows to support growth
  • Lead onboarding and launch of new partner schools
  • Monitor quality through regular audits and drive continuous improvements
