Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions, basing strategies on client requirements, project objectives, and company goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring that the project stays on track.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role, managing projects in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Exceptional knowledge of change management principles.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
