Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings.
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with procurement software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, as required.
