We’re looking for a results-driven QA Manager to lead quality excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure quality at source across manufacturing processes
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
• Track quality KPIs, analyze trends, and take preventive actions
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
• Support new product and process launches with quality planning
• Build and lead a high-performing QA team and culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• ISO Certification (Lead Auditor/Implementer) – Mandatory
• 5–8 years of QA experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with companies like PEL, Haier, Super Asia, Kenwood (or similar) is a plus

Skills That Matter:

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Effective communication and reporting abilities
