About the Role
Qanmos Trainings is seeking a qualified Educationalist with strong QA/QC experience to lead academic quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across globally recognized HSE certification programs such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHM, RIGGER, and related courses. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and strict adherence to international awarding body standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHM, and other awarding body standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC frameworks, SOPs, and academic policies
- Lead and supervise Student Coordinators and academic support teams
- Conduct internal audits, academic reviews, and quality assessments
- Ensure accurate student records, assessments, registrations, and certifications
- Liaise with awarding bodies, external auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Train staff on quality standards, documentation, and compliance procedures
- Monitor trainer performance, course delivery quality, and learner outcomes
- Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports for senior management on academic quality and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Quality Management, or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years experience in QA/QC within an education or training institute
- Knowledge of NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar international certifications will be a plus
- Proven experience leading academic or student coordination teams
- Excellent documentation, auditing, and compliance skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
