We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
  • Handle inquiries in person and via phone/email, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain visitor records and update contact lists.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with strong communication skills.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role. (Fresh candidates with good interpersonal skills can also be considered.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
