Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email.
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Uphold a secure and safe office environment by adhering to procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate with a keen interest in administrative and customer service roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
