Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email.
Schedule appointments and manage booking systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold a secure and safe office environment by adhering to procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with a keen interest in administrative and customer service roles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
