Recruitment Trainee

The Catalyst Group is looking for a Recruitment Trainee to work closely with recruitment consultants and learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition and recruitment consulting. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Draft job postings and outreach messages
• Communicate with candidates professionally across calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Support end-to-end hiring processes for different clients and roles

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and hiring processes
• Experience using Chat GPT, Gemini
• Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
