Recruitment Trainee
The Catalyst Group is looking for a Recruitment Trainee to work closely with recruitment consultants and learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition and recruitment consulting. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in recruitment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft job postings and outreach messages
- Communicate with candidates professionally across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Support end-to-end hiring processes for different clients and roles
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience using Chat GPT, Gemini
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
