Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability within the assigned region.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve established targets and goals.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other regional managers and the head office to ensure coherent strategies across regions.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the regional team.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance to senior management.
Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and educational programs for healthcare providers.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of success in sales and management within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
