Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
