• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
