Sales Development Representative (UK Energy Campaign)

Location: Office No. 301, 3rd Floor, Al Hafeez Executive, Block C-3, Gulberg III, Lahore.

Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our dedicated UK Energy team. You will be responsible for contacting businesses and consumers across the United Kingdom to help them switch and save on their Gas and Electricity contracts. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and a drive to succeed in the international utility market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
  • Evaluate current energy bills (Gas & Electricity) and provide competitive price comparisons.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of switching energy suppliers to reduce overhead costs.
  • Accurately gather customer data and compliance information for contract processing.
  • Meet daily targets for "Transfers" or "Closed Sales" as per campaign KPIs.
  • Maintain a professional and persistent approach when handling objections.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate degree preferred.
  • Communication: Flawless English speaking skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Experience: Previous experience in UK Energy, BPO, or Telesales is a major advantage.
  • Availability: Must be able to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift (Monday – Saturday).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and basic numerical proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: PKR 35,000 – 65,000 (Based on prior experience)
