Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our business by crafting strong proposals and engaging directly with potential clients. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, understands how to position our offerings, and can take ownership of moving prospects from initial interest to serious conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine proposals tailored to client needs and business goals
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their requirements and pain points
  • Present our services and offerings clearly and persuasively on client calls and online meetings
  • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the founder and leadership to refine pitches, pricing, and deal structures
  • Maintain basic records of leads, conversations, and next steps in simple tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets or CRM)
  • Gather feedback from the market and share insights to improve our offerings and messaging
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role
  • Strong communication skills in English (and Urdu where needed), especially over calls and online meetings
  • Proven ability to build proposals and pitch decks that are clear, structured, and convincing
  • Comfortable handling objections and asking the right questions to uncover client needs
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple leads at different stages
  • Basic familiarity with using digital tools (email, Calendly/meeting tools, spreadsheets, CRM, WhatsApp for Business, etc.)

  • Experience selling B2B services or solutions
  • Prior experience in a small business or startup environment
