Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Ability to work on-site and participate in in-person meetings with clients.
