Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work on-site and participate in in-person meetings with clients.
