Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets and service levels within the BPO sector, specifically focusing on internet services.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
Conduct client meetings to present products, provide consultation, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment related to internet services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in person and commit to a full-time schedule.
Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and networking events.
