Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets and service levels within the BPO sector, specifically focusing on internet services.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Conduct client meetings to present products, provide consultation, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment related to internet services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in person and commit to a full-time schedule.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and networking events.
