Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Facility Management who will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for facility management services
• Meet potential clients (offices, factories, malls, hospitals, warehouses)
• Understand client requirements and conduct site visits
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Services / Facility Management sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
