Proactive Sales Executive

Team Recruitease is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team in the raw food materials industry. If you are a "hunter" who thrives on closing deals and discovering untapped market potential, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview
  • Location: Lahore (Gajjumata)
  • Industry: Raw Food Materials
  • Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Implement and refine GTM strategies to penetrate the local market effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Independently identify and qualify new points of sale (POS) and business opportunities.
  • Deal Sealing: Proactively reach out to potential clients, conduct meetings, and sign new partnerships.
  • Proposal Management: Draft professional business proposals tailored to the needs of restaurants and food vendors.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and build long-term rapport with key stakeholders in the food and beverage sector.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of active sales experience. Experience within the Food & Beverage, Grocery, or Raw Materials industry is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Skills: Strong proposal-making, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Traits: Must be highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Mobility: Familiarity with the Lahore market (specifically the Gajjumata area) is preferred.
