Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic sales environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. - Identify and reach out to potential customers and business opportunities. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. - Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product features, pricing, and performance. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in a well-organized manner. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. - Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to schedule changes as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
