Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare reports on sales progress and forecast future sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
