Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for FMCG products.
  • Visit potential and existing clients to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare appropriate responses to protect market position.
  • Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in gaining new accounts and increasing sales potential.
  • Good understanding of market and consumer needs in the FMCG segment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
