Job Description | Sales Representative (Indoor)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our ceramics tiles team. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ceramic tile products
• Present product details including pricing and specifications
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order processing
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in indoor sales (ceramics, tiles, or building materials preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Energetic, presentable, and target-driven personality
