We’re Hiring | Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: PKR 65,000 – 75,000

Software: MS Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, ERPNext

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Assist in MIS reporting, analysis, and audits
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash
• Assist in sales tax, income tax, and withholding filings (FBR, PRA, SRB)
• Maintain fixed asset register and support inventory reconciliation
• Work on ERP systems and support process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
