Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and services that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize and enhance AI models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and other team members.
• Analyze and process large amounts of data to extract valuable insights.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI and implement them where necessary.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with data processing tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI, machine learning algorithms, and statistical models.
• Extensive experience with AI system architecture and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and distributed computing.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Publications or patents in AI-related topics are a plus.
