Role Overview

The Senior Finance Executive will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, efficient treasury management, and compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Own

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of schedules and break-ups.

Payroll, Payments & Reconciliations

• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Manage vendor payments and monthly payout processing, including GL entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Treasury Management

• Support daily treasury operations and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast monthly fund requirements.
• Liaise with banks for fund transfers and treasury transactions.

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Prepare financial schedules and supporting records.
• Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of observations.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail with solid reconciliation skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
