Senior Manager Finance

We are hiring a Senior Manager Finance who brings financial discipline powered by AI and automation. You will move the company from reactive finance to predictive, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Build AI-enabled budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models
• Use automation and AI to improve accuracy, speed, and financial visibility
• Provide forward-looking financial insights to leadership
• Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, and tax planning
• Implement strong financial controls and risk management
• Integrate finance systems with company-wide data platforms
• Work with banks, investors, and external advisors
• Ensure financial clarity across departments through data and dashboards

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or Finalist
• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or financial leadership
• Prior experience in a senior finance role with related certifications
• Strong expertise in:
  • Financial reporting, controls, and compliance
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • ERP and modern financial systems
• Proven, hands-on use of:
  • AI-driven financial tools
  • Automation for reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting
