Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with business objectives.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that address customer pain points and improve product usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using appropriate tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices, integrating this knowledge into design processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related role.
• Proven experience creating user-centered designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of front-end development and design feasibility.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Ability to adopt an empathetic approach to user needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
