Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to fulfill their sales needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and reports as required.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
