Senior SEO Strategist

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

Role Summary

EdenPrime is hiring a Senior SEO Strategist (3–5 years experience) who can own growth, not just execution. This role requires deep expertise in local SEO, technical SEO, programmatic SEO, entity-based optimization, and scalable content systems. The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Rank in highly competitive local SERPs
• Build scalable SEO systems (not one-off fixes)
• Think beyond traditional SEO (automation, AI workflows, data models)

Core Responsibilities

1. Search Strategy & Architecture

• Design entity-driven SEO strategies
• Build topical authority clusters & internal linking frameworks
• Plan site architecture for multi-location scale (100+ pages)
• Map search intent to content and conversion funnels

2. Advanced Local SEO

• Optimize for Google Local Pack ranking factors
• Balance proximity, relevance, and prominence
• Develop geo-targeted landing pages at scale
• Implement LocalBusiness schema (JSON-LD) and review schema
• Handle GBP suspensions, reinstatements, and spam control

3. Technical SEO (Advanced Level)

• Conduct full technical audits (crawl budget, log file analysis, JS SEO)
• Optimize indexation (robots.txt, canonical, noindex)
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Identify and fix orphan pages, crawl traps, duplicate content

4. Keyword Strategy & Data Modeling

• Build keyword clusters using NLP and semantic relationships
• Identify high-intent, low-volume keywords
• Develop programmatic SEO strategies

5. Content Systems & Optimization

• Design scalable content workflows
• Create SEO briefs using SERP analysis
• Build AI-assisted content pipelines
• Optimize for E-E-A-T, entity coverage, and SERP features

6. Authority & Link Strategy

• Build local and topical backlinks
• Analyze competitor link profiles and anchor distribution
• Execute digital PR and link gap strategies

7. Analytics & Attribution

• Set up GA4, GSC, and event tracking
• Build SEO dashboards (Looker Studio)
• Analyze assisted conversions and multi-touch attribution

8. Innovation & Experimentation

• Run SEO experiments (CTR optimization, internal linking tests)
• Leverage AI tools and automation
• Implement programmatic page generation strategies

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Proven results in competitive local SEO niches
• Strong expertise in:
  • Log file analysis
  • Schema implementation
  • JavaScript SEO
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Screaming Frog (advanced configurations)
  • Google Search Console & GA4
• Ability to explain why something works, not just how
