Skylight Codeworks is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Upwork bidding, client communication, lead generation, and proposal writing for local and international projects.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience who have strong communication skills and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork
• Write customized and professional proposals
• Communicate with potential clients effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms and proposal writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
