Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of serviced apartments to ensure guest satisfaction. - Manage and lead a team of hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. - Develop and implement customer service standards to enhance the guest experience. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively. - Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality. - Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. - Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. - Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators. Requirements: - Proven experience as a hospitality manager or similar role in serviced apartments or hotels. - Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and financial forecasts. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to resolve complaints and conflicts professionally. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management. - Certification in hotel management or related fields is a plus. - Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
