Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager to join our restaurant team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing restaurant operations and ensuring smooth daily shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Manage staff attendance, duties, and performance
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
