Specialist Product Designer

As a Specialist Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and user-centric product solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product design strategies that align with user needs and business goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design and function.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product designer, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and user experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrable experience working on successful product launches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Passion for creating products that meet high standards of usability and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus, though not required.
