Responsibilities:
Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with company goals and market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and translate them into well-defined features and user stories.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for enhancements and problem resolution.
Serve as the product ambassador, sharing knowledge and product insights with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Capable of effective project management and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Expertise in product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Experience in market research techniques and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive product decisions.
Ability to work on-site as part of a full-time schedule.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital or tech products is highly desirable.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in product design.
Hands-on experience with product management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Previous experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
