Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for enhancements and problem resolution.
• Serve as the product ambassador, sharing knowledge and product insights with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of effective project management and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Expertise in product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience in market research techniques and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive product decisions.
• Ability to work on-site as part of a full-time schedule.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital or tech products is highly desirable.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in product design.
• Hands-on experience with product management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
