Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist Product Manager to join our team. This role involves the management and development of a specific product line, working cross-functionally to optimize product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving product strategies and roadmaps and guide products from conception to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring product ideas to life.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Define and prioritize product features and capabilities based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Lead the product lifecycle from conception through to design, build, release, and optimization phases.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
- Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights and ensure product success.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive market positioning.
- Advocate for product vision and generate buy-in and support from key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years in product management roles.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and experience managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize amidst competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or relevant certification in Product Management is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful products.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends related to the specific product area.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and ability to thrive in such a setting.
