Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into clients. You will be responsible for speaking with pre-generated leads, understanding their needs, presenting our services, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable handling sales conversations and working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand the client’s business needs
  • Present A&T Nexus services and solutions clearly
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Close deals and secure new clients
  • Maintain records of conversations and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in sales, lead conversion, or closing deals (preferred)
  • Confidence in handling sales calls and negotiations
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Compensation
