Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Specialist Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a customer-focused approach. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Specialist Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, tailoring to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and related communications in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales process.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role (less than 1 year required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time as required by the role.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with the industry we operate in is an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location of work.
