Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain and grow established client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
• Follow up on leads and assist potential customers through the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
