THE ROLE

Filigree is expanding its U.S.-facing sales operation and needs closers — not callers. You will be reaching out to truck drivers, owner-operators, and real estate clients to pitch high-demand services in dispatch and architectural design. If you know how to run a call, handle objections without flinching, and push a lead to a decision, this role gives you two revenue streams, uncapped commission, and the backing of a fast-moving firm that rewards performance visibly and quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Outbound Calling

Execute targeted cold call campaigns to U.S.-based truck drivers, owner-operators, and real estate clients. Own your pipeline from first dial to closed deal.

Value Pitching

Present dispatch services and real estate / architectural design offerings clearly and compellingly. Tailor the pitch to the client's situation — not a script.

Objection Handling

Stay in control of the conversation when resistance comes up. Qualify pushback, address it with confidence, and keep the deal moving forward.

Lead Follow-Up

Maintain a live follow-up system for warm leads. Consistent, timely follow-up separates closers from callers — own that cadence.

Closing & Onboarding

Convert leads to signed clients. Assist with the handover and initial onboarding so clients start on a strong footing.

CRM & Reporting

Log all calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM daily. Your pipeline data should tell the full story at any point.

WHAT YOU BRING — MUST HAVE
  • Minimum 6 months of U.S. cold calling or telesales experience — not customer support, not inbound.
  • Strong English communication with a neutral or American-leaning accent. Clients should never be thinking about the accent — only the pitch.
  • Proven track record of closing deals over the phone. You should be able to name deals you closed, not just calls you made.
  • Confidence handling objections in real time — price, timing, trust, competition. You have a method and it works.
  • Comfortable working night shift aligned to U.S. business hours. This is non-negotiable.
  • Self-disciplined enough to hit targets without being micromanaged. You perform because you want to earn — not because someone is watching.
WHAT SETS YOU APART — BONUS
  • Prior experience selling to U.S. trucking companies, freight brokers, or owner-operators.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology — land transactions, architectural services, or property services.
  • Experience with any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion-based tracking, or similar).
  • Ability to transition between two different service pitches within the same shift.

Before You Apply

This role is not for people learning to sell. We are looking for experienced cold callers who have closed U.S. clients and can prove it. If your background is customer service, inbound support, or local market calling, this is not the right fit yet.
