Job Responsibilities:

• Operate spice grinding and mixing/blending machines
• Handle drying and roasting processes
• Pack spices using packing machines
• Ensure product quality checks (taste, color, smell, texture)
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Maintain production records, batch sheets, and logs
• Follow instructions from production supervisors

Requirements:

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in FMCG / Food / Spice production
• Practical knowledge of operating grinding, mixing, drying, or packing machines
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Responsible, disciplined, and a team player
