Responsibilities

• Execute software testing processes to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, report, and track defects and issues during testing to ensure quick resolution.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand the application’s functionalities and requirements.
• Participate in design and code reviews to understand new features and improvements.
• Conduct regression testing to validate software fixes and enhancements.
• Document test results, prepare detailed test reports, and communicate findings to the QA Manager.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of testing tools.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time and flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or relevant internship experience.
• Familiarity with test management software and QA methodologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks is advantageous but not mandatory.
