Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing software functionality is not adversely affected by new developments.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Monitor debugging process results and provide quality assurance metrics.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Enhance test automation framework and scripts.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and version control tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and coding skills (e.g., Java, Python).
