• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, resolving issues proactively.
• Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of servers, chassis, and storage.
• Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of VMware, Huawei, and H3C virtualization platforms.
• Understanding and experience with FC SAN Switches.
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability and security.
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, H3C, OpenStack).
• Complete understanding of storage devices and protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS).

Skills:

• Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Enterprise servers and storage systems (NetApp, Dell, Huawei).
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, H3C, OpenStack).
• FC SAN Switches (Zoning).
• Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Veritas).
• System monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting.
• Network fundamentals and firewall/VPN configuration.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., VMware Certified Professional).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management (or as required by department level).
