Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical specifications
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Meet new clients to expand sales territories and market presence
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and customer feedback to management
  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, etc.)
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
  • Preferred experience in the food processing industries
  • Strong understanding of technical products and industrial solutions
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required
