Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical specifications
Build and sustain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients
Meet new clients to expand sales territories and market presence
Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and customer feedback to management
Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, etc.)
2–3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
Preferred experience in the food processing industries
Strong understanding of technical products and industrial solutions
Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and deal closure
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively as required
