Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales professional to join our team. As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone. You will work closely with potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate product benefits and features effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
