Job Summary:

The Telecom Field Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services to potential clients in person. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Identify potential markets and clients through research and networking.
  • Demonstrate and explain telecom products and services clearly to customers.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Provide product feedback and report on market trends to help the company improve its offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have own bike with license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable with direct customer interaction and confident in public speaking.
  • Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Basic understanding of telecom products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of direct sales experience, preferably in a telecom or technology-related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
