Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with truck drivers and brokers to book loads
• Negotiate rates and manage shipments efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with clients and carriers
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Handle basic documentation and updates

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Fluent English is a must (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Candidates with call center experience are encouraged to apply (even without dispatch experience)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM
• Location: On-site only (No remote work allowed)
