As a call center agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Must be able to work in person at the specified location.
